Consultant Anaesethist
Each candidate must have full registration in the General Register of Medical Practitioners and also have inclusion in the division of Anaesthesia of the Registrar of Medical Specialists maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland. Candidates must also have seven years satisfactory postgraduate training and experience in the medical profession including five years in anaesthesia. Experience/Training in Cardiothoracic anaesthesia/intensive care medicine is also required.
