We are delighted to let you know that a reflective paper, written as a result of collective reflections from the Work-based Facilitator group has now been published! The International Practice Development Journal is a peer-reviewed and acclaimed journal for all persons interested in Person-centred research. A huge congratulations in particular to Alice Timlin, Amanda Hastings and Michele Hardiman on this great achievement whereby they used the individual written reflections from each member of the group to write the article, creating a shared view of what it is like to be a novice facilitator in the development of a person-centred culture! We wish to congratulate each member of the group for providing their honest reflections which combined to create this excellent piece of work.
