Whether it is regarding an insurance query, self-pay price or a general question we are here to help.
Our main focus is “patient-centred” care at the Galway Clinic. We pride ourselves in sharing with you our unique set of values and we will care for you at a time when you are most vulnerable in a professional, caring and competent manner.
Patient feedback is always welcomed as an opportunity for improvement. Each patient will be given a patient satisfaction survey to fill out during their stay.
Since our opening in 2004 the Galway Clinic has treated over half a million patients in the Galway Clinic. It is our pleasure to welcome you to the Galway Clinic.
The processes of welcoming patients before surgery, caring for them following surgery and attending to their needs before discharge are carefully designed and planned.
